Default Thank you

As the title says, a quick thanks to all. Following my post a couple of weeks ago it was suggested that my maf may have failed and a quality replacement was suggested. My maverick is now running as she should have been and I am loving the power and torque she has never had before. Now time to start some mods

Glad it's all sorted now Just be careful you don't get done for speeding now Will never forget the day I replaced the MAF on my old T2 did it in the dealers carpark & pulled out using the same amount of throttle I had always used but to my shock I left 2 huge black lines behind me as I fish tailed up the road as it was slightly damp the 10 mile drive home was so enjoyable I couldn't stop flooring it

MMMMMMM got me thinking as I have cleaned my dirty Hitachi maf and added the maf amp but still not as much oomph as the wifes identical TDi, but hers is is Bosch set up????. I will be taking the maf from my off road motor that I know works as it produces black smoke and brakes shafts at low revs, time will tell Rick

I can report the truck is fast with a new maf and maf amp, still need to set up tho. I was surprised how quick it made the truck, even with my running issues!!

Yes but isn't it all bottom end power increase & the power drops off at 2K & then your back to the normal power cures ?

Definitely thinking of the maf amp route, first job is dual battery and some spots to save we walking round a dark field in the middle of winter looking for the wife's horses.
