Default Just like to day thanks

Just like to says thanks to Andy and bry for there help to day in fitting some springs on the back and reindexing the torsion bars on the front , and thanks to Andy for checking the rear break shoe's which I fitted just to make sure I'd done it right ,live on a steep hill ! We did break 2 impact Wrench's we fixed 1!!!

What's involved winding up or reined xiong the torsion bars. One of mine is front high and the other is front low. Does it also knock the tracking out too?
