what a waste of a day
I had my day all sorted get out under the truck and underseal the body then spray waxoyl in and around al the joints . but I get out their and I have oil all over the transfer box coming from the turbo . then while rubbing the rust patches off a hole appears about the size of a 50p just behind the passengers seat by the hand brake cable . I took my side steps off because they was rubbing on my sills . now I I got to wait till the kids go back to school so me and my mate can take it down his workshop weld it and then give me a hand under sealing it . what a waste of a day

Not a waste mate as if you had just undersealed it then that rot would have been trapped and got worse without you knowing. Atleast this way you wont get a nasty shock come mot time

Atleast you spotted these issues, also the underseal wouldn't have stuck well with oil remnants kicking about too.
Yeah its a bastard but atleast you spotted it |
