Default whats my mistral worth?

hi all

just making enquiries to what my mistral is worth its a 1995 m reg in black/silver immaculate condition with 140,000 km (app 88k miles)but had a full engine rebuild at 118,000km (app 73k miles) costing the previous owner just over 2 grand he must have been mad i have over 3000 pounds worth of receipts for work he had done to car
taxed til nxt may and moted til jan anyone any ideas what its worth trying to sell it for ????

TBH i'm not sure as I got offered £1200 for my 1999 SWB off a very cheaky car dealer 8O :twisted: :twisted: This one in the link is just up the road from me & when you get up to it it's a rather tatty rusty heap :roll: So from what you've said I think you should get a lot more for yours :smile:

i was thinking of putting her up for 2300 ono she is immaculate dont really wanna sell but getting rid of caravan so no need to have such a big car really
i dont know what to do really

Sweety.......I was offered 1200 part ex against another newer Terrano.
It seems that you are better driving em into the ground or suffer the indignity of the low price.

I'll echo Thor there, unfortunately the rising costs of fuel,
the 4x4 backlash and perceived road fund licence increases
are killing trade in and sale prices.

My plan is to look after ours and unless finances improve
drastically only replace it with something older than 2001
when we do upgrade.

if i could afford a 2nd motor think would be looking at
a pre 73 tax exempt with classic insurance.
