Default Hi y'all

On me second Terrano / Maverick now.... just found the site -tenner well spent I reckon.....
Bought a Mav off e-bay a few months ago, as a mate needed a vehicle to tow a jet ski out to his place in Bulgaria. L reg, 2.4 petrol LWB. £385. A week later, drove it 1700 miles in two days between us. Blizzards, Romanian roads, dodgy ferry across Danube. Woke up first morning, after driving through blizzard in Austria -2 inches of ice across bonnet, grill - started 1st turn.Very sorry to leave the Mav over there. Mate chuffed to nuts with it. I'd got the bug. Just picked up a Terrano II, P reg this time, £400 ( plus £100 for the tax on it).Nice n' tidy, Dark Green with goldy lower body cappings, 97k miles.(another LWB 2.4) Looking forward to getting all the little niggles ironed out -my tenner has already saved me money -just replaced the Nissan stereo using instructions from the site, lots more jobs to do! Anyone else in Lincolnshire -think I met one of you guys when I called at a workshop in Market Rasen? With a Mistral?

Cheers, Mark.

Hello Mark8209.

Welcome to our club, Just shout if you need any help around the site.

I am only in Spalding and i do have some spares for the 2.4 mostly trim parts as i did not have time to strip the running gear.

Regards,

Mav.

Welcome Mark and your certainly with like minded people on here. Think we all like these trucks, like might be an understatement though :

One question? where's the £1000 tax come from?
