Don't go from here Gazz. There's a good few on here who don't have nissans and who knows you might get another when the snow and ice comes along. As Buzz says they are addictive.
All the best for the future. David. |

well ive got a fiat doblo 1.9td now yes yes FIAT before every one screams its peugoet/citroen diesal lump only 54000 seen em advertised with 286,000 thou on clock but main reason is its lot lower to the ground than terrano so my great dane will fit in & the rear seats remove easy makes very roomy car & 60mpg sounded atractive

I came to the T2 from a peugeot expert with the same engine, headgasket went and the injectors were seized in the head, ended up requiring a new head after the garage knackered it trying to the injectors out

Well what i didn't tell you was i owned it for 7 years, it had 90k on it when i bought it, i did over 50k in it and sold it after it was repaired
during ownership when mileage was at about 125k i remapped it to 150bhp, full turbo back 3" stainless, disconnected egr, and fitted a k&n I thrashed it to death, and it wasnt until the last 2 months of ownership that the headgasket went, i'd done nothing but change the oil to that point. If you service it and keep it standard, it will do 140k + no problem |

Don't think you'll get 60mpg from the Fiat, more like 45mpg and use real diesel. Look forward to passing you on the M1 some evening. David.
