When a members membership comes for renewal a member will only get a reminder if they check the e-mail account that was registered with when they joined.

No sweat dude, I think the worst return on the tenner it costs each year is about ten fold, ie I've saved at least £100 from info gained from the site. And that's the worst return, That's a pretty good investment :-)

It's a bit of a no brainer really.
