Only alarm bell on this one is the lack of "log book" anyone who takes possession of a vehicle without one has not completed due process. Even if te vehicle is 100% legit it could cause a chew on. and if the vehicle isnt legit.......enough said.

If he's like me the log book is safely filed..................................somewhere:d oh
If it's a good enough deal I'd check dvla or pay the man a small deposit while he gets a replacement. Should only take a week. |
