My Mom has an electric bike that she hasn't used for a few years which has been under a sheet in the bottom shed, I've opened the battery case up that houses the batteries and all 3 are goosed

I need x3 12v 12a batteries and cheap, I'm trying to do this on a budget this month :/

I looked at my normal places, and such batteries sell new for between £25-£28 each.
But if she is registered disabled, am I right in thinking you don't pay VAT :nenau

You might find old electric golf trolley batteries are similar, or if you want second hand, maybe mobility shops, or those that rent out mobility scooters, might have a throughput of replacement batteries. So keep the old ones and part ex them with the shop, then he can balance his returns... just a thought.
