My ladies phone is kaput.
So I'm looking in the Argos catalogue at sum.

Were currently have talk talk sims.
They were suppose to be £5 each per month.
For that we supposed to get 300 mins/3000 texts and 500mb of data.

The bills have escalated to 20 a month each?
Even though I don't use any minutes and don't text much as I use WhatsApp

Just browsing it seems I need to pick the best coverage network before I choose a phone for the misses.

All she needs is calls texts faceache.
I think that's about it.
She doesn't game or anything likethat .

Any suggestions for less than 100 quid?

Oh and she likes to use it as a camera.
Any thoughts on th HTC desire 310?

Son has a HTC one or something like that which was top of the range 2 years ago & TBH wouldn't thank you for it battery life is total rubbish & so is the camera as it's very grainy:doh I've got a Samsung galaxy ace old hat now but it's got a good little 5mp camera & only had to charge it up every 5 days even tho surfing on the net etc it's 2 years old now so needs charging every couple of days & you should be able to get one under your budget easily that's buying it out right

I bought a Samsung galaxy young from tesco to last me till I was due an upgrade.
50 quid open all networks.
Worked fine but the key pad is tiny so it took me ages to type anything that made sense:lol

I've got an HTC One (free with my business contract) and I find the battery life and camera very good. Battery does need to be hooked up to the laptop if you want to do lot with it, you just have to get into the grove of putting the HTC One on the USB lead, but I do spend some time on the laptop, so is charged and ready to go when I go to bed.

If you want bad battery life you need an HTC Desire HD, that was dire, I still have it after my upgrade if anyone is interested.

The better half wants a new mobile, so I am looking around as well, got up to £60 to spend, but she is PAYG.

Having looked around up town and having a chat with people in the know.
I decided it worked out better having a contract phone for 20 per month.
If you have a pay as you go phone you part with your hard earned wonga then top up.
But a tenner top up doesn't go very far at all.
So without parting with any money.and getting her a nice quad core 4g thing.
With its lots of texts call time and mb.happy days and I am in her good books.
Ended up getting a Motorola moto g.
Nice screen. KitKat operating system.and much more.
And that means the money I didn't spent on that is going on a steering damper and compression rod bushes:D
