I know I'll get stick for this....I can feel it :jesterbg:augie:augie:augie

Mate has bought another discoverery to replace the one that blew up, 'no surprise there', he's taking the worthy parts off the one that popped for his new one and sending the rest for scrap, so I have been told I can get the light stuff, eg switch gear, dash interior bits....mainly electrical as I reuse that........

Generally is their anything that fits the terrano? I'm just gonna take off as much as I can :D

Moderators, please don't delete me :augie:lol

Mel, in our house, I do all the vehicle related stuff, my wife just likes to be able to get in the car and drive it, but she loves cooking cakes and makes some fantastic feasts. I'm a very lucky man to be married to such a good women.
I know what you mean about messing with cars though, but I'm sure your HOME wouldn't be a HOME without you.
I hope that doesn't sound patronising, it's not meant to be :)

Mate has bought another discoverery to replace the one that blew up,

hmmm... you have some odd mates...:lol:lol

So what makes him think that the next one won't do something similar?
Most do, I guess this is the only excitement he gets up there... not knowing when it will actually happen...:lol:lol:lol

If you filter the fuel, get rid of the water, use it in a suitable vehicle, that's probably the item of greatest value from a Discovery, unless you get a road fund licence refund.:doh
