Default Steel Bumper Fabrication

There is a company near me that makes steel oil storage tanks.

The guy who owns it is quite approachable, and I believe they do 'one-offs'. I have been in their workshop, which has a huge guillotine and press brake machine

Does anyone have an accurate drawing/specification of what is required. If so I would be happy to make an initial enquiry?
