I am sure Polish people are just as capable of brewing/distilling decent alcoholic drinks as anyone else. But with the current problems with fake spirits i would avoid anything you don't know or anything that hasn't come from a reputable supplier!

I tasted my friends home made spirits at 45%.
that was enough to melt a plastic shot glass (took a few evenings to do though)
I will pass. that would burn your insides out.
