probably would, i know they are slightly different the bonnets the square headlight bonnets have cutouts for the headlights

In a word no.
Recently just fitted one to my 2000 terrano which as the same shape bonnet as yours.
The front of the bonnet is a totally different shape.

stone chips is what it says on the tin.
more for looks than protection.
