I'm looking at a set of workshop manuals from around 1995 and was wondering if the running gear...axles, hubs and other items would be the same for my 2005 3.0

There will be lots of differences. Have a look at nissan4u and most of the parts for the early ones only fit up to 2004. Mind you didn't they stop making Terranos then ?
