I have the dreaded wipers that won't turn off (both front and back). Now, I have a 2003 so don't have the relay box below the front wiper motor. Happened after giving it a wash.
Removing the fuse will stop the front wiper, as will disconnecting it (funny enough) - but the back keeps going.
There must be something else in the engine bay that needs dried, but having read previous treads it seems to have stomped most.
The only other thing of note was that I was a bit of a plonker. Managed to have to key to ON, when washing it. The passenger window was down and sticking, so turn it on and went around to encourage it up - forgot to turn the key off (hopefully that won't matter!!) :doh
