Wiper relay on a 3

Yes please anyone know where it is, on a 2.7 it is under the wiper motor and if it gets wet the wipers run non stop, after sandblasting the Mrs 3 I washed the engine bay and now I have this problem but cannot find the relay/controller, Rick

I can have a look at my 3 litre Rick but it's pretty stripped out at the moment and don't have a battery on it, I should be giving it a damn good wire wheel down today as I don't have access to a sandblaster like your good self.

Can't wait to get this beauty Waxoyled and then slowly back together with all it's new shiny bits, should be a lovely truck when it's finished :bow

Rick I connected my Deutronic unit to the truck earlier and turned the wipers on and I couldn't hear any relays clicking in the engine bay.

If I'm honest, it sounded like the relay was inside the steering wheel cowling to me as that was the only place I was hearing a loud click literally milliseconds before the motor kicked in.

No it sorted itself after a few days driving, heat from engine bay I guess, so must have been water in a plug some place, it will happen again when I jet wash it so may know more then, Rick
