Wiper pivot worn

Hi all,

The PTFE bearing ( or is it nylon?) which is held in by three bolts which holds the passengers wipe has worn through

Does anyone know where I can get this part new?

This happened on my 2.7, I think I got a new from Nissan. Long time ago now.
