Wiper & Indicator stalks

Hi chaps. On my mistral the wipers won't work on the slow speed unless you really wobble the stalk control about, i have been looking on ebay for a replacement but all of them are on the opposite side to mine?
My wiper stalk is on the left side and indicators on the right side of the wheel, is this different because its an import? and is it possible to re-route the wiring to switch the stalk side if i do replace them both for a terrano set?
Haven't had time to take it apart and have a look as i'm either working or the wifes out in it.

You'll probably be able to refit on the other side but I don't know how the indicator cancel thing works :augie
It's only a few screws to find out though, go on fill your boots swap em over & see what occurs :sly
