Don't you just luv this time of year...just when you think everything is sorted for Christmas....there I was doing a favor, taking someone to work, cos it's much safer in my truck, then 'bang' something hits the windscreen. as I am still driving I notice the damage slap in the centre area of the screen. Me thinks no problem resin, it will not cost ewt.....wrong the damage looks like a spider and it's now booked in for a new screen at £125 excess......wifes present just disappeared. [only joking I wasn't buying her anything]

Darwins right Thor - ring around and you might get a new one fitted for less than that. Whatever insurance company are you with for that robbing level of excess????
