Went to one of my customers today who lives out in the sticks (like me) and on arrival found a large white van stuck between the earth bank on one side and my customers kerb and concrete water meter box at the rear (water meter concrete is 4 ft square) how on earth he got in this situation I cannot understand he was stuck fast the rear end bumper etc was jambed on the concrete so NSR wheel was off the ground, and the front bumper was well into the bank, they had shovelled two wheel barrow loads of soil from the bank when I arrived, so I offered a tow, they said "are you serious" I said "yep I will drag you sideways, I got a 4 X 4" so stuck a rope on his front tow eye and to my pig tail and selected 4 wheel low and gently reversed the van came round no problem and disgorged a further large pile of soil on the road, I do have the advantage that my road going T2 goes around 2.4 tonnes with all my kit on board so on a tarmac road traction was no problem, Oh and he was well freighted as well, just shows how well these motors pull, with all the kerfuffle forgot to get a pic, sorry, Rick
