My 1995 GLS, has door key locks on both front doors, as do most early Mavericks, so when was the lock removed from the build?:nenau:nenau:nenau

Mind you, I don't think I have ever used it, as it has remote central locking, well the remote part, I fitted as part of the alarm.:thumb2

Can't remember seeing the passenger lock on any twin headlight models

think my mk 2 had on both front doors,

recall on new pathfinders dont appear to have one at all

but its on nearside door, and covered by a clip on ,er cover.

Also the tailgate lock...
Retrofitted one to mine from an earlier model.

My '94 has them on both doors, my daughters' '96 (intercooler model) only on the drivers' door.

That sounds like a good idea, although from a security point of view I would be a bit worried that I could be a potential break in point

Realistically, if someone managed to screwdriver open the single drivers door lock, they would all open under the lock barrel sensor driving the central locking system!
My boot might have a lock barrel but I have isolated it from the central locking system so I'll call it quits at still equally insecure :lol
