where can i get this plate from

hi I need to repair my seat anchor plate and seatbelts anchor plates . I found this site that explains why and how to repair it all . http://www.lvvta.org.nz/documents/infosheets/LVVTA_Info_02-2005_Nissan_Mistrals-Jan_2005.pdf . but where can I get the reinforcer plate and the LVV load-bar . it seem to be a good easy fix for both issues

yeah but I have no workshop and without a template to use . I would want to know dimensions to make a template

that's what I thought . I was going to repair the seat anchor plate while I had the body up to do the spring mounts

Why do you need a template? I don't understand. Just cut the rot out and replace with new metal?

because I would take out the reinforcing plate out, then weld a load bar to the old reinforcing plate, , and then the new plate right across the body from seat belt mounts and seat anchor point
