Yes they will, but may have a different offset, usually better in my experience.

Shogun/pajero wheels will stick further out in the arches not sure about the wheel nuts tho as I'm sure they are a different type

The MK1's were as my mate had to get spacers so the wheels would clear the calipers but the MK2's different
