wheel size?

I am not really an off road kind of guy, so off road performance is not one of my concerns :lol:
But i would like to buy a nice set of rims, anyone any idea what size i can go to on an xtrail?
I have seen some nice ones on ebay with a s/s lip 18's with tyres.
Will they fit ok?
And does a s/s lip mean it will be harder to kerb the wheels? (as the wife uses the x-trail mostly :lol: )

What size are the tyres fitted to your xtrail at the min :?: Just it'll help to work out if they will fit. The rims will end up in a right mess if you kerb them as the finish will show up the marks :roll:

215/65/16's on at the moment, i just thought a s/s rim could handle kerbing alot better than alloy

whats pond got? didnt he put twentys on his? seen navaras on 22" but with rubber bands for tyres

If the rims come with something like 235/55R18 tyres I would think you would be ok but i'm not a 100% sure as I don't have a xtrial. The s/s will stand up better I would think compaired to alloy but it's best if you can not kerb them as you will cry the 1st time you do it
