Hi, advice needed please!

Swapping old alloys & tyres on my Maverick 215/80R15 for slightly newer alloys and tyres 235/75R15. (All six stud)

Will try and attach photos!!

When local Tyre Spot tried to replace them, old wheel nuts did not fit properly. Stubby, slightly tapered type.
They told me the ones I required would be the flat type with the washer included. Tried all the usual places from Scrapyards(only a few now left!), Alloy wheel shops, even Halfords. Nobody could help!

Can anyone recommend a source for these please?

Closer view of newer alloys. Picture 1 of 3 shows the older alloy with the 'sunken' type

The pics don't seem to be displaying but sounds like you need the same type of wheel nuts that are used on Pajeros. If they are the same as pajero wheel nuts you will find some on e-bay. Milners also have them but previous posts on this site don't seem to recommend the Milners ones

Hi Daniel, pics were displayed last night and had been removed by this morning!
Do you know if they were removed by the admin or Photobucket?
Is there an easier way to display them?
Thanks for the info, will try and get a look at the Pajero ones.
What's the problem with the Milner ones?Cheers - Paul

Wouldn't have a clue what's happening with the photos. But I would think that if the wheels are the ones with the flat washers they should be the same as pajero nuts. I have one or two pajero nuts at home and the thread is the same as the Terrano. Unusual you couldn't get any at a breakers. I think the problem with the Milner nuts was that chrome goes off them quickly.

Seems everyone agreed about the Pajero wheel nuts. Bought some today off E Bay - 36 for £30 & pp - Fingers crossed. Thanks for the help

Best of luck with them. Lets us know how you make out and some pics of the new wheels on the truck would be nice if you can figure out the problem with photos.

just copy the right url and paste it into a reply. Careful with the pajero nuts, they're not all the same thread. Can't remember who was after a set recently but the ones he got were wrong.
