I know a few of you have done this.

Any tidy suggestions? A good material or a good kit?

If I end up getting steel wheels I will go for a bit of a negative offset and might get arches too :thumb2

there is no dedicated arch extension that I can find so I have got some 6mm conveyor rubber which I am going to screw under the arches somehow.
on my old terrano I bought the plastic strips which also screw up under the arches.

I swear someone mentioned something as simple as some rubber matting or summat like that? :augie :lol

was me i used the mats out the back of the truck :lol

I've see car tyres used & TBH I liked the look of it as you could see the tread on the tyres:lol

Hah, thats great, get some mud tread tyres :sly

then when it falls over you still have traction :augie

If you look carefully Alex you can see the tread pattern:thumbs

Built on a fourtrak chassis, engine and running gear if it's the same one I have seen at Kirton a few years ago.

This is the stuff I have got to make the wheel arch extensions.
Just got to make some clamping straps so it follows the shape of the arch when fitted with no saggy floppy bits in between the fasteners.

Was hoping to make some clamping strips but we didn't have anything at work suitable.
Will have to get some laser cut out of 3mm plate.

That looks good me thinks, only issue I have is lack of bumpers to bolt to :lol
