What's that noise

I have a 2004 3.0L Terrano. Yesterday when parked next to another vehicle I noticed a strange noise on the nearside of my vehicle.

If you rev the engine (more noticeable when warmd up) take your foot off allowing the revs to die down and as they drop off you hear a 'squishing' noise followed by a bearing harshness.

I do not have loss of power and no black smoke so don't believe it to be turbo related.

Any ideas welcome!

Manual or automatic ?

if its manual it could be your thrust bearing on the clutch.

Thanks, I have spoken to a local garage and they think it might be turbo pipe. They will check it tomorrow.
