Took it for the MOT today and tester man flagged the drivers side front tyre catching on lock which is a fail apparently. So what size spacers do I need for the front? see pic:
I take it you mean wheel spacers. Unless you actually want the wheels further out, and risk them sticking outside the body, I'd go with adjusting the lock stops as well.
As far as I know, it's just a bolt with a lock nut, so just a case of slackening off the lock nut, and extending the bolt length, before locking off the nut again. Only problem might be if you still have the plastic caps on there, as you may need to pop them off to be able to grasp it with something to turn it.
:clap Job done. The locking nut was rusted and siezed up. Just managed to get a 22mm socket over and used my 12v impact gun to crack it off, It's slow but gets their eventually and prevents bursting a blood vessel :lol then a 14mm, may have been 15mm to extend the lock stop bolt. My spanners finish at 19mm so had to use an adjustable to tighten the lock nut with the ratchet still on the lock stop bolt to hold it in place.
