Could be anything as you ask for signed delivery at the Post Office.
What do feel guilty for having done?

Have you ordered anything from eBay ? Or online ? Sometimes they require a signature.
Recorded delivery, or you need to make a payment on delivery.
Could be a summons, what have you been upto with your neighbours?
Could be from someone you owe money to, or a parking fine, repossession, bank manager, you should be able to eliminate the last few, as you know your state of current affairs.
