This has never happend to me before, I went to put some petrol
in and when i turned the filler cap to remove it i noticed
a compressed air came out, i felt it on my hand
as if some one was blowing on me, what can cause this..... :? :!:

I always thought it was air gushing in after car had been given a spanking, but i've never felt it, just heard.
Unless its presure been released as the pump is presurising the tank with the return fuel?

just my couple of guesses Ry

Hi Keeny
air was going in, to replace the space left by the fuel leaveing
 Tony

All Nissan petrol engines do it, well I worked with em until the late 90's and they all did. Now they have changed models who know's. Yes it is air going in. Also the engine doesn't run properly with one of those emergency filler caps fitted.
