what are the swb commerc 3L t2 like good or bad

thinking of buy a t2 3l swb on a 53 plate what are they like ......pitfalls please
and anything else you guys can tell about them .

no issues with the swb.

issues with 3 litre engine
generally all resolved by time
was fitted in the terranos.

BUT do be aware that several
of the more in depth jobs like
replacing head gasket are best
part of double hours wise.

2.7tdi 7 hours
3.0tdi 13 hours.

from personal experience, superb
performance mind, suspect in a
swb t2 will be akin to a f1 4x4!
