Just taken my Terrano in for its MOT, this is the first MOT I have had to do in nearly 4 years as I have had new cars up until now...

Heres to hoping, fingers crossed !!! lol

I will post results in about an hour when its done...

Bit later than expected but been out all day...

She passed first time

Has 5 advisories though.

1. Chip in windscreen but this has already been repaired so nothing can be done about it
2. Front nearside break pipe rusted
3. Front offside break pipe rusted
4. Slight play on drivers side ball join
5. Tyre near legal limit on passenger side

All in all very happy

got to rember that i had to put a recon box in in aug last year but thats why it was cheeeep

ah right but still, whats that total spend? less than £1k? look at whats out there now, and the prices....

yes 350 for the recon box 160 for 3 part clutch and some skin off my fingers when i did it on my own on the drive at home with lots of help with tips from all you on this site best tenner i have spent also.:thumb2

Gearbox change on the driveway

heres when i changed my gearbox on the drive they all said i was mad but if i am im happy and saved a fortune,mabe be able to use what i have saved for some spelling lessons. Laurie.
