Glen, are you sure that no water has frozen in the pipes, or anywhere in the system ? With all this cold weather there could be a blockage due to ICE.

washers

Put fresh water in used vac to empty, cleaned pipes & sprays but still not working, will check again but think i might need a pair of new sprays or second hand or if i can strip will clean could have more crap in than i think, putting pin down hole should not break them.

Hi Glen, I'd wait and see if they defrost first to be honest with you. I used some Air Duster (pressurised air in an aerosol) and sprayed back through the jets to blow muck out the way it came. My washer bottle developed a load of scale muck on the sides that came loose after a frost and kept blocking my jets. Ended up sticking a hose in my washer bottle for 1/4 hour to wash it out. Then ran clean water through the system without the jets connected. To release the jets from the bonnet I used a pair of long nosed pliers to squeeze the two clips.

i had so much trouble with the jest blocking in one van i had, i ended up putting a small motorbike fuel filter in line, there was a half a second delay as the pump filled it before it sprayed but I never had a problem again!
