I 2nd that!!!! Wouldn't mind fitting one as it's getting closer to winter and I'm using more and more used/unused veg oil

I got one that fits between the filter and filter head if anyone interested, it is not electric, it taps into the cab heater water lines, so has no adverse effect on fuel consumption as an electric one will (extra load on the alternator) but of course will not start heating fuel till engine is warm, Rick

i had to stop useing my heat exchanger, was letting air in...

heated fuel filter

yes will upload pics later doing it this afternoon and using veg oil getting 20litres for £19.47 new clean veg oil truck runs smoother and i getting better mpg

Had a nice surprise this morning in ASDA. Veggi oil (rapeseed. The best in cold weather.) It was on roll back @ £2.50 for 3l so I ceared the shelf. Hope they restock tonight so I can go back tomorrow. Only 1/2 mile away. Regards. Bri

83.3p per litre :thumb2

I just phoned a friend and they have cleared our local Asda's shelf for me :thumb2

Damn, just ordered 50L of tesco 'buy 2 for £10' 5L veggie oil online - theirs is rapeseed too and often the shop only has the odd couple of containers. Working on the basis that they'll substitute the missing 6-8 5L containers with all their stock of 3l ones. Still only £1 a litre, but now I need to start looking at Asda.

Anyone know if they do a similar substitution system to Tesco? Maybe I could get a discount on my first Asda online shop :D
