Looking for a load cover to fit a 1997 Terrano II SWB before I start wasting my life making one!

I know where there is a tan coloured one. :naughty
It's the roller type that clips into the side panels.
If you're interested I'll get a photo of it if I can persuade my brother to part with it.
How much it is worth and how much postage is I have no idea.:nenau

If it's complete and working I can give it a coat of vinyl paint, I will have a look to see if there are any fixings as not having seen one I would not know what to look for. :thumb2

There was a guy near me selling one but might be from a LWB.I would have thought it would fit a SWB??
Not sure of the colour either.
Can find out if he still has it if you want.

Thanks, if you can find out please but don't go out of your way to. I think the LWB has a larger load area but I'm not certain.

These buttons look to be a non factory fitting.

Nice pic but we need to see the sides, for the mountings if you have them, sorry you beat me to it, no you do not have load cover mounts Rick

I still have access to my old SWB off road motor, if it has load cover mounts I can remove the panels for you but till tomorrow I will not know, Rick

Thanks Rick, no rush so at your leisure. Are they on the seat back or side panels and can you confirm my assumption the load space on a LWB is larger than a SWB?

Edit: Do you think those buttons or bobbins screwed into my panels are not factory parts but aftermarket or Nissan accessories? The vehicle is mostly as it left the factory.

The fittings are built into the side panels so they will need changing, yes the space is bigger on the LWB but as the cover is on a roller it can just as well suite a SWB as a LWB, I have covers for LWB as well, Rick

LOL!!!! Is that the actual colour or did you make that up? Either way I know exactly which shade you are on about :lol :lol

:lol No, I made that up! :augie The name originally came from working on a friends classic car, he spent an obscene amount of money on the light grey interior and decided he wanted the engine and bay light grey too. As his business was in Westminster, the standing joke became; What shade grey Sir, Battleship, Earl or Westminster Politician? :D

This photo was taken during some of the work, engine grey is Lycoming Grey and the light grey is Epoxy Mastic 121.

The car is missing these, I might have a couple on a shelf some place but might take some finding, Rick

Thats what my brothers truck has. Would the panels themselves fit instead of cutting in the fittings?

Yes the panels would fit, but to get them off means seat belt removal etc and on the off roader is not easy and the panels show signs of wear as well
