Sorry but I've just go tot share this.

We decided to move earlier this year. Our neighbours are nasty whinging types. Had fall outs before with them. In our line of work we have to behave so we've grinned and bared it.

However when the house went up for sale they complained about our garage conversion (done 100% legit 5 years ago). That kicked off a neighbour dispute which we have to declare and effectively makes our house unsellable

Today the council have notified us that they are to be officially completely told they are WRONG and we are RIGHT so theyre wasting their time and solicitors costs (we wrote our own letters :lol:lol)

Think I'll get pissed :beer:beer

nope I would take them to small claims for my time (letter writing and research) , cost of postage and legal advice and the distress caused by pointless and deflamatory accusations.

Yes I may be used to writing letters....
