Well, after thinking i had sorted the running probs with my 95 Mav they have returned but i now know the problem, just not how to fix it.
The solenoids that the vacuum pipe leads to only seem to get power to them occasionally. The vacuum itself is fine but as the solenoids are not receiving any power the vacuum isnt doing anything.
When the vacuum solenoids get power to them the car runs like a dream so its an intermittent fault.
Now i am guessing that its probably a relay, does anyone know which relay feeds the vacuum solenoids.
I have a set of electrical diagrams for the Mav but being electrically illiterate they are not much help so any guidance much appreciated.
