Clive fitted the same to mine prior to me purchasing.
I think he had a think about USB ports.
They're fitted in the rear auxiliary as you open the tail gate.
I have one fitted in the center console, a double one in the cigar lighter in front of the gear stick & of course the same as you've just fitted :thumb2

I have a couple of those CTP 12 volt to USB converters, they seem to work very well, you can't have enough USB and 12 volt sockets in a car.
Just when you think you have enough sockets, someone comes up with a must have device and there is no where to plug it in.

Here we go... not said this for a while... When we first got our Mav, over 21 years ago now, it had one 12 volt socket under the radio, it now has one for rear passengers, one in the boot, and a couple of USB sockets, how times change.

Very neat for the dash cam, I hate wires everywhere..

I started with the one under the radio, not for 5!

3 under radio and two inn the boot.

And the usb adaptors we use are doubles. And still not enough !!! Its mad!

It's a bit like TV's !!

The spread of USB 's is almost matched by TV.s in our house. One in the Kitchen Dinning area, one in the Lounge, One in the Bedroom. One in the Spare Room not counting Laptops with TV etc.
