Help I am being nagged to sell my truck from the other harf and go back to a Mondeo.

I brought the truck mainly for towing the caravan which its great at and to take all the stuff that the wife packs plus the dog, Awning and the kitchen sink. I also have to use it daily for work. My missus said its like a tractor to drive with no refinement. I agree that it has not got all the bells and whistles that a Mondeo has and it dosent handle like one. As I said I got the truck for towing and its the best thing since sliced bread for towing. Dont realy want it to go back to a car and suffer being pitched up and down every time you go over a bump and watching the nose weight and would have to cut back on some of the stuff we take

Hi Chaz, don't forget that we can get quite a bit of snow even in Staffordshire.
We live on the edge of Cannock Chase at the top of a hill, and the Mav always gets us home.

Also when the family are ill or need help we can get to them in any weather.

Don't forget those deep puddles we get after heavy rain, you are just not choosing the worst routes when the missus is with you.. :lol :lol

While you are on the road, mention that the extra height gives you better visibility.

Why are you not trying to get the truck stuck in a wet field when in 2wd, then select 4x4.

" Good job we have the Mav", is what I say to my wife, it has worked for over 16 years so far. :lol :lol

You are just not taking this issue seriously.......:doh

:lol:lol
