under body painting

just a tip for everybody who is thinking of using "tetroseal" under body paint. put the paint tin in a bucket of hot water. the heat helps to keep the paint easeir to apply :smile:

Good one, I've just black waxoyled mine. Looks good and anything to keep the dreaded rot away.

I used a cheap electric spray gun and mixed the stuff 90% to 10% white spirit.

Tastes crap though :?

thanks for reminding me as mine is due this year I do it the old way with a 2" paint brush :roll: I have found I can just slide underneath the truck & paint away evening if it's slightly raining without getting wet

I just drive up a pair of ramps and sort of lay under it in a casual way as described by sweety.

having swapped from a saloon car its excellent having all that space :lol:
