Hi chaps

Am I right in saying that I can replace all four tyres from 235/65/17's to 255/65/17's without any issues?

Mines a late 54 plate with the 7J x 17 alloys

Cheers

Dave

Well they'll be an 1" bigger and wider so you may need to trim or remove your flaps :D

As in 265/65/17?

Do I not have to pish about with mudflaps and stuff though?

Edit - just seen makeitfit's comment!!!

They are 30.5 inch, if you go AT tyres you'll be fine . It's MUDs that are the problem as they have such deep aggressive tread on the shoulders

265/65-17 = 30.56

^ this will be fine in a AT tyre :)

I'd be getting these bad boys, mount the white letters facing out :sly

Thanks for all your help.

Was looking at those but wasn't sure that I could safely put them on the alloys and with no body mods but did read somewhere that I could go up to 265's on
7 x 17's and don't want to do any body mods at all cos the truck is too nice to start doing any of that as she's all standard...

Would only want AT's and nothing more aggressive...
