tyre pressures

Hi everyone only joined the other day wonder if anyone could tell me the tire pressure i should be putting in please i have 235/7/15 on my 95 lwb TD maverick, also how much oil i need with a filter change ive asked at me local spares place he told me 7.7 ltrs thanks for any help.

Hi Curbs & welcome to the club :smile: the tyre pressures for 237/75R15 tyre is 26psi front & 30psi rear as for the oil I think it's 7.5L but someone else will be able to comfirm it for sure

CHEERS FOR THAT I LOOKED ON THE FORUMS THE OTHER NITE I SAW ONE POSTED ON THERE AND IT SAID 6.3 LTS THATS REALLY THROWN ME KNOW :? I NEVER GOT HAND BOOK WITH THE CAR SO WASNT SURE THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

i run 26 psi all round, maybe 30 if got a load in the back but not normally for towing.

i shall give that a try then ive been putting 30 all round its got grabber hp on wether that makes any differance. thanks

as far as oil goes if i were you i owuld buy two 5 litres it cheaper than buying the odd litre, and gives you both topping oil and you will only need to buy 5 litres for the next change, refill with a whole 5 litre tub then check the dip stick and take it easy topping it up.

I find 28 all round does me for tyre pressures.

Be careful with tyre pressures you can be done for having them set wrong especially if you are involved in an accident and the investigating officer thinks that it may have ben a contributing factor, best to stick to (or very close to) the settings in the manual.
