I'm thinking of having some 4mm thick triangular plates cut with a 14mm hole in each corner, this will be assembled on rear shock mounts, 2 at top 2 at bottom with an old shock bush insert to set the gap correct between plates. This will Lower top mount an inch and raise bottom an inch, so giving a tad more droop
On axle. Will weld these plates to the stock mounts bolts so no movement

Might actually make other bolt holes 12mm so I can use landy shocks as they are cheaper

What u think ?

It makes perfect sense to effectively space the shock mounts so you can use other spec shocks, but double shocks on a T2 a bit ott I think
Better to spend your money on one pair of good ones than 4 cheap duff ones

As you know the options on landy shocks are massive, disco 2 rears are perfect albeit 12mm hole.

In the Terrano mod pics, there's about 3 SWB Terrano rally trucks with this mod but using koni raid shocks :D

Ah yes on raid type stuff it could be a cheap way of getting Fox like results with 2 small shocks instead of a large remote displacement type jobbie :thumbs
As I've said before though the trouble some area of the T2 is the front end mate, that's the heavy bit that likes to eat the dirt
