Hi there

Just wondered what you guys thought of the power upgrade plug ins. I am thinking of getting one for my Mav. Do they shorten the life of the engine by putting more strain on it or is this a myth. There seems to be a lot of choice on the market. Looking at one from Energy Tuning Ltd advertised in the November Caravan Club Mag. (Page 69)

Also the bumpers on my 97 Mav are a sort of light and dark mottled grey colour. Have tried all sorts to clean them up but there seems to a coating something on them that can be scraped off with my nail, but I don't fancy doing that all round the vehicle! Not sure if they originally were dark grey or black. Any ideas or tips would be brill. Thanks

By the way, great club, learned so much about my Mav since I paid me tenner. Thanks again. Nev

No question mate , stick a Tunit in it and enjoy more guts and fun driving. I reckon it's better than most others as it's adjustable:sly
It just gives the engine a bit more fuel for the engine to do it's job properly
Dont do cleaning so cant help with your bumpers, just stick some mud on them :lol

Hi, I use peanut butter on my bumpers, nice and black and smell lovely, what with peanut butter and asda sunflower oil in the tank my trucks a vegetarian! regards bri
