hello,if i removethe vacuum pipe that is connected to the actuator which in turn is connected to the rod that opens and closes the wastegate on the turbo there is absolutely no difference in the way my t2 tdi 2001,drives. so question is,if everything worked as it should,ought there to be a noticeable difference when doing this?
