trol front half shaft oil seal

I am trying to get this seal out to replace it whilst the swivel is off

Doesnt sound like special tool is needed but not having much luck going easy on it.
Any tips?

Have you got the workshop manual? Briggie's site has one there you can download. That should have what you need. If not get some pics up and I'll see if I can help :thumb2

I do not know that seal specifically so probably barking up the wrong tree, but on other seals I have done, I was shown to put three self tapping screws through the side wall of the seal, sort of 12, 4 and 8 o'clock positions, then use a pair of end pincers on the screws to lever the seal out.

Job done,
put 2 prongs of hub puller on the sliding hammer after a morning of f*rting around with it.
