Here you go:
the TRO on the Banwen/ aberdulais Sarn stretch is being heard on Thursday this week. They have put it of once but seems to be a set date now.

"A special meeting of the Environment and Highways Scrutiny Committee/Cabinet Board has been arranged to discuss the above item which will be held on Thursday 5th November 2009 at 9.15am in Committee Rooms 1/2 in Port Talbot Civic Centre."

This is the email Chris (Rights of Way Alliance Neath) sent me, he also asked for people to attend if poss although the time is not good for most. If anyone is able to go it would back up the fact people do want it kept open.
