Hi guys,

Does any one know of any tame green lanes around the lake district.:thumb2

We're off tomorrow for 3 nights at Low Wray campsite at the top of Windermere.:clap

So far the Trollis looking well loaded, we have a large dog crate in the boot, a roofbox, 3 bikes and a 16ft 2 man Kayak on the roof, a 12man dome tent, stoves and coolboxes n beer and Tea!!!

Thanks

we went to Ravensglas couple of years ago camping and had a trip upto windermere dont know of any lanes but remember there is a company that does guided tours stunning views around Wastwater
Tip on weight saving ditch the tea:clap
cheers Andy

Once camped up the railway track from Ravensglass, Two steep passes further up the valley, Very pretty area but makes the counter tick as its just up the coast from Sellafield. David.

no idea about green lanes, but we had a day at Windemere this summer and it was brilliant! Enjoy :thumb2

Had a great week end, 250miles and about half a tank of diesel.
The Trol never missed a beat, it was a bit slow on the hills but a graet drive!:thumb2
