i dont get this trailwise thing it rather confusing lol

they say you should be a responsible member of the off roading community which i do try to be never gone off roading with out it being proper lol

but then when you try to search for the legal to drive green ways you have to join and pay some other club that you dont really need:nenau

why on earth do they charge you for this facility ?? i would have thought it would be wise to give free access to all 4x4 owners to help combat the illegal drivers driving on footpaths etc

bu no you have to become a member of glass or craigs and pay them a fee every year to to see what is a legal route, then they wounder why their are people just driving any where they like :(

this isnt helping imo as their are people that can read a map on the net and off they go and it aint cost them a penny but are not sure if it is legal to do so at least with a free resource then that would help out some what, would it not :(

well to be fair to them they've built the database up over many years and maintain it as they can.....and the ONLY alternative for a definitive picture is to go personally to the council offices to see the ROW people and view the maps they maintain.....

Having said that, I was a member of either CRAG or GLASS, forget which, but they were utterly useless. No newsletters and their website stayed about two years out of date the whole time.....waste of space. But they were quick to start nagging when subs fell due again.....tossers in bobble hats.

Tossers in bobble hats is right, and if any of you are coming to Ireland in the near future, could you please collect and return same "tossers in bobble hats" who have apparently lost their way and ended up over here? Would consider part exchange for some whizz kid economists or a few billion Sterling.
